Once you have decided which product you want to order,

Click the " Add to Cart " button on the product page.

Once the product has been added to your cart, click the " View Cart " button

Click on the cart icon in the top right of the screen.

When you have finished ordering, click on the bottom right of the cart screen.

Please press the " Proceed to checkout " button.

On the information entry screen, enter your email address and shipping information.

Once you have finished entering the information, please press the " Proceed to shipping method selection " button.

Select the shipping method and confirm the total amount.

Please press the " Proceed to payment " button.

*If you would like to have your surfboard delivered separately, we will need to request a quote in advance before payment, so please contact us.

*Surfboards delivered to our office are not covered by shipping insurance, and our store will not be held liable in the event of an accident.

Choose your payment method:

Please enter your billing address if it is different from your shipping address.

Payment can be made by credit card , PayPal , bank transfer or PayPay .

*If you use a payment method other than bank transfer, our store will not issue a receipt.

Please use the statements provided by your card company.

If you choose bank transfer, please make the transfer after the order process is complete.

After check-out, until payment is completed,

The order status will be "On Hold".

If payment is not completed within 24 hours after check-out,

About Shipping

We will ship within 3 business days after confirming payment.

If you choose to collect the item in person, we will contact you to let you know that the item is ready for collection after we have confirmed your payment.

*Order information involving malicious cancellations or false declarations

The retention period is set to unlimited, and the information can be used to respond to inquiries from other stores and credit card companies.
