About product condition

For imported new surfboards

As we are unable to control the manufacturing process of all imported surfboards,

Even new items may have very small scratches that do not require repair.
In addition, the product passes through many hands between production and delivery.
Due to differences in values ​​regarding surfboards, minor scratches tend to be overlooked.
From a major brand that has established a division of labor in the manufacturing process
A craftsman who does all the processes by himself
There tends to be few scratches, but uneven finishing can sometimes occur.
This is a product characteristic of imported surfboards.

For used surfboards

All used surfboards are sold as is and repairs after purchase are not accepted.

All services will incur a fee, regardless of whether prior confirmation or explanation is provided.

Condition Rank

N: New, unused item

O: Unused but outlet item with sun damage, dents, small scratches, etc.

A: Wax-up only - use within 10 rounds

B: Used item in typical condition for about one year.

C: More signs of use than B, slightly worse condition

D: Looks very worn and in poor condition.

#(Sharp): Good condition among items of the same rank

t: Can be used with simple repairs such as tape

- (minus): Repair required

J: Junk items that require major repairs such as peeling or breakage

At our store, we offer used surfboards

"Breakage", "peeling off", "fins cannot be attached" etc.

There are currently no areas requiring repairs (excluding those that have already been repaired).

For scratches that may allow water ingress, use simple measures (such as repair tape)

We describe a product as "usable" if it is in a condition that allows it to be used in the ocean after application.

About repairs

We do not provide warranty or repair services for surfboards after sale, whether new or used.

Please note that forcing these actions on others constitutes customer harassment.

Packaging Information

In order to protect the environment, we reuse packaging materials.

Please note that we may ship your order in a box other than the brand you ordered.

Returns and Exchanges

If there is a mistake in our shipment or order,

As a general rule, we do not accept returns.

Any damage that occurs during delivery will be covered by insurance.

Regarding damage after shipping that cannot be covered by insurance

Our store is exempt from liability.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the product arrival date.

In that case, be sure to keep the delivery slip.

Please leave the item unused and in its packaging.

Products that have passed the 7-day expiration date or have been used even once

We cannot accept requests for returns or exchanges for any reason.

We will cover the shipping costs for defective or incorrectly delivered products.
