The Bonzer model from Joel Tudor Surfboards, which has had a huge impact on the current alternative board scene, from the revival of the classic longboard to the launch of the Duct Tape series. After leaving HPD, Joel established his own brand and has produced a variety of boards with many famous shapers. This board was shaped by Tom Every, who also shaped the Lightning Bolt.

This is a three-fin bonzer type board inspired by the Campbell Brothers' Russ Short model. The wide side fins, which convert the water flow from the bottom into propulsion, are glassed on to the side of the bonzer concave. The outline is a wide-forward type derived from the single fins of the 70s, and by placing the center of gravity slightly forward, it helps to paddle and take off quickly. The rails are down rails with slightly sharp edges, and combined with the thin outline and strong nose rocker, it improves matching in hollow waves. The concave transitions from the nose to a thin single to double to bonzer bottom, ensuring advantages such as acceleration and rotation performance over boards of the same length. The coloring is a purple tint, and the careful gloss polish finish makes it transparent enough to reflect the photography equipment. Currently, there are almost no Tom Every shaped boards in circulation, so it can be said to be a valuable board as a collector's item.
