Klaus Jones grew up in the San Fernando Valley with Greg Riddle, and they share the same generation of shaping spirit. Klaus' boards have always had nifier rails and less board volume than Riddle's. Because he is committed to hand shaping and has slowed down production compared to before, it is expected that Klaus' boards will be more difficult to obtain than Riddle's in the future.
The Missing Link is a reproduction of the board that Esteban Bojorquez (Steve Krajawski, Dart) rode in the 70's. The extremely refined shape far surpasses current PB hulls and allows for smooth, trim style surfing.
