Koz McRae grew up in Santa Barbara surrounded by his uncle who was a shaper and George Greenough who made boats on the roadside. After a life of partying, he decided to become a shaper and studied under fellow townsman Ryan Lovelace. His surfboards, which incorporate various tastes from the 1960s to 1980s when America was in its prime, are now rapidly gaining popularity.
This side bite made of Volan Cross has a wide base width, so it goes well with boards with wide tails. It will add a great spice to not only the hull but also the side bite of other boards.
