Koz McRae grew up in Santa Barbara surrounded by his uncle who was a shaper and George Greenough who made boats on the roadside. After a life of partying, he decided to become a shaper and studied under fellow townsman Ryan Lovelace. His surfboards, which incorporate various tastes from the 1960s to 1980s when America was in its prime, are now rapidly gaining popularity.

The Fever Dream is a Hullfish model in the Koz lineup for those in the late 6' range, and this board has been redesigned to be usable in the early 6' range. This is the latest world view of Hull, combining the speed and ease of handling of Hullfish with the versatility and maneuverability of Fish.

The condition is lightly used, with very shallow foot marks on the deck that cannot be photographed, and a dent near the stringer. The bottom has a dent near the nose that is barely noticeable unless you touch it with your finger, and a dent without a dent. There are traces of fins being removed at the rear end of the future fin plug. None of these require repairs, and the board can be used immediately as is.
