A completely new interpretation of a small wave board by Australian legendary shaper Dick Van Straalen, who has 55 years of experience in shaping. The shape is based on the small waves, onshore, and junk waves of the average beach break in Japan. The base model is the Quad Skate model, which shows very quick response to waves up to 3 feet. The deck concave stabilizes the paddle of surfers of all levels, and the square tail draws maximum power from weak waves. The concave changes from single to double to reverse vee to hard vee from the nose. The wide tail makes the board float, allowing you to control it like a skate on the waves. The material is lightweight EPS foam, with carbon laminated from the rail to the bottom, amplifying the repulsive force of the waves. The combination of these specifications will surely be the ultimate weapon for weekend surfers who can't choose the conditions.
The board is in lightly used condition with shallow foot marks on the deck, but is still usable as is.
